More Illinois veterans and disabled persons will be eligible for property tax relief as a result of legislation that was passed into law on October 17, 2007. Public Act 95-0644 creates three new homestead exemptions for Illinois’ disabled citizens and qualifying veterans. For more information, click on any of the following links:

Effective Monday, August 3, 2009:
The East Moline Division of the Rock Island County Circuit Clerk's Office will relocate to the Rock Island County Courthouse. All court business will be handled through the Traffic Division on 1st floor after that date. To prepare for the final move, the East Moline Division will be closed for court business on Thursday July 16th, Friday July 17th, Thursday July 23rd, Friday July 24th, Thursday July 30th, and Friday July 31st. If you need assistance on one of those days, you may come to the Courthouse located at 210 - 15th Street Rock Island, Illinois.
