September 16, 2017: The Chief County Assessment Office (CCAO) has published the 2017 assessed values for Rock Island County in the Dispatch and the Rock Island Argus on Saturday, September 16, 2017. The listing is also available on this website. The last day to appeal to the Board of Review will be Monday, October 16, 2017. Click here to go to the 2017 Assessment Changes page of our site.

    Civil War Soldiers' Monument Restoration Project

    The Rock Island County Sheriff’s Department, in conjunction with the Rock Island County Historical Society and the Civil War Roundtable of the Quad Cities, are in the process of raising funds for a restoration project.
