Welcome to the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of Illinois Court Administrator's official web page! Having a population of roughly a quarter million people representing Rock Island, Henry, Whiteside and Mercer counties, our Circuit handles thousands of criminal and civil cases per year. This is done through the coordination of many agencies representing judges, prosecutors, defenders, probation officers, clerks, and jurors.
