The law library is located in the fourth floor of the Rock Island County Courthouse, 210 - 15th Street, Rock Island, IL 61201 in the South wing. It is open between the hours of 8:00 AM - Noon and 12:30 - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. In addition to a bound collection of resources, online access is provided to West Law. This website walks unrepresented persons through the legal process on a step by step basis. Information and forms are provided on several different subject areas including domestic relations, consumer law, and immigration. Litigants can obtain forms using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The website allows users to download the Adobe program without charge. Alternatively, litigants can order forms as follows:
