NOTICE:
Rock Island County is in the process of placing delinquent fines and fees for collections with an outside firm. Accounts placed for collection will have 30% added to the amount due as a collection fee allowed by Illinois statute, (Public Act 93-0693). Public Act 93-0693 mandates that the violator bear all third-party collection fees cost caused by the violator’s failure to meet his or her obligation to the court.

Once your case has been referred to collections, you must go through them to make a payment.
