Requesting Court Supervision (with or without appearing in court)
If you received a traffic citation with a single traffic ticket which indicates on the bottom, "No Court Appearance Required", you may be eligible to plead guilty and receive Court Supervision without appearing in person in court (not applicable for drivers under 21). Once you have determined that you satisfy the criteria for receiving Court Supervision through the mail, you will need to follow the instructions and complete the “Application for Court Supervision without a Court appearance” and mail in the completed forms along with your payment. Click here to download the instructions regarding pleading guilty and Requesting Court Supervision. If you do not meet the requirements for the mail in Court Supervision Request Form, you may still appear in court for your scheduled court date and request Court Supervision at that time.
