Payment Hearing Officer

The Circuit Clerk's Office has a Payment Hearing Officer. He is responsible for collecting fines & costs on Traffic and Misdemeanor cases. This office is located on the first floor of the Rock Island County Courthouse. The hours for the Hearing Officer are 8:00 AM - 12:00 NOON; Monday - Friday. The Payment Hearing Officer cannot accept phone calls. You must be court ordered to see the Payment Hearing Officer. |
If you miss your scheduled appointment, you must appear in Court again to get another appointment. If you are scheduled to see the Payment Hearing Officer you will need to fill out a financial information document. |
