The Rock Island County Circuit Clerk's Office will accept payments for “No Appearance Required" traffic tickets and Court Supervision requests without a court appearance (not applicable for drivers under 21) through Illinois E-pay. The Illinois Funds E-Pay service is sponsored by the Illinois State Treasurer's Office and is designed to make the disposition of No Appearance traffic tickets a simple and convenient procedure.

This service makes it easier for defendants to make required payments on No Appearance traffic tickets without coming to the courthouse, or missing work. Defendants may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

When a defendant decides to use this service to pay a No Appearance Required traffic ticket they must sign and send the original Plea of guilty (blue copy of citation) to the Circuit Clerk's Office within three (3) days after the transaction has been completed on the site. This guilty plea will be accepted through the mail. Signed guilty pleas must be sent to:

The defendant will need to allow 5-7 days for the mailed form to arrive in the Clerks Office. Faxed forms will not be accepted and the transaction will not be considered complete until the original form is received . 

There is a $2.75 convenience fee charged for using the system. This fee is NOT charged or collected by the Rock Island County Circuit Clerk.

For their convenience, anyone who is interested in paying a “No Appearance Required” traffic ticket but does not have access to a computer, may come to the Circuit Clerk's Office and use the computer in the Accounting Department (Second floor of the Courthouse).
