The LINK is a comprehensive school linked health clinic with the ability to provide preventive medical care, acute medical care, referrals and health education in the schools as needed. Services are for children and adolescents. Click here

The LINK provides on-site care 8 - 4:30 Monday through Friday and 24 hour coverage is through Illini and Trinity Emergency Rooms. The LINK can serve as the medical home for children and adolescents or can compliment services provided by existing health care providers. The LINK coordinates care with the other medical providers, social service agencies, mental health providers, and other programs and programs and organizations.
Three local pediatricians, three nurse practitioners, RN's, and a helpful office staff provide services at the LINK. Our mission is to provide medical care to all school age children so that they go to school ready to learn physically, emotionally, and mentally.
