Click on Search to start. Enter your last name followed by a comma and then your first name, or enter your case number if available. On the payment tab, you can view payment history information. Requesting Court Supervision If you received a traffic citation with a single traffic ticket which indicates on the bottom, "No Court Appearance Required", you may be eligible to plead guilty and receive Court Supervision without appearing in person in court (not applicable for drivers under 21). Once you have determined that you satisfy the criteria for receiving Court Supervision through the mail, you will need to follow the instructions and complete the “Application for Court Supervision without a Court appearance” and mail in the completed forms along with your payment. Making Payments (on Traffic, misdemeanor or DUI cases only) If you have entered into a payment plan to pay your court ordered fine, you are responsible for making that payment by the due date set forth in your agreement. Payments are due by the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or last Friday of each month, depending upon how it is declared in your agreement. If you can't make your payment by the due date, you will need to appear in court. If you don't make your payment by the due date, you will need to catch your payments up as soon as possible, appear in court to set up a new payment agreement or a warrant could be issued for your arrest.
