Tax Payments at the Rock Island County Treasurer's Office

Additional Tax Bill Information:
  Changing Your Address:
    If you are the owner, trustee, or power of attorney for a property and you have a change in your billing address, you will need to fill out a "Property Tax Bill Change of Address" form. To obtain the form, you can stop by the County Treasurer's Office at 1504 Third Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois or you may click here to download the form.
  Obtaining a Copy of a Bill:
    You may purchase a duplicate tax bill for a $2.00 charge, in person at the Treasurer's Office or by mail by sending a note with the Parcel Number, property address or taxpayer number and a check for $2.00 per Parcel, with a self-addressed and stamped return envelope to:

  Prior Years:
    How to obtain information on paying taxes or checking the status of taxes for a prior tax year.
  Returned Checks:
    A $15.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
